Professional, friendly Kiwi service – the best I have experienced in a long time! I required the services from Nelson Auto Glass when during a recent storm a fallen branch shattered the windscreen of our car. It happened late on Thursday before the long Easter weekend and could have turned into a distressing situation. We had family with small children visiting and needed the car urgently for our planned family holiday. Nelson Auto Glass Specialists saved our weekend, and did an amazing job. I cannot praise their professional and friendly service enough. I called at 4.30pm and was instantly reassured, that no problem at all , the team at Nelson Glass would look after us. I was offered a replacement car for the weekend at no extra cost and the staff stayed longer until almost 6pm for me to pick up the replacement car. They called me the day after the holidays saying that our car was ready. It was a pleasure dealing with Nelson Auto Glass Specialists, their friendly Kiwi service is second to none! I can thoroughly recommend them over any other.
